Shree-ji,

The best bet is to contact Kanchi mutt itself. Many of these trusts are running in very low fuel, and hence they are being operated from the mutt itself.
Vede rakshana Nidhi Trust operates from Kanchi mutt now, but earlier I believe, it was operating from Chennai.

I visited the Veda Rakshana Nidhi Trust office in West Mambalam, Chennai last month, during March 2010. I met Sri. Viswanathan Mama, one of the trustees of the mut and learnt about the activities of the Trust. This trust was initiated by our Paramacharya for veda rakshanam.

He narrated about the activities of this trust in detail. I was deeply impressed by the enormous impact this trust is making on veda rakshanam. This is evidenced by the number of vidyarthis taking the exam. The exams used to happen onece a year before. Now this happens every six months. I was able to see some of the applications. The number of applications has been steadily increasing. The trust provides incentives to vidyarthis in various ways to sustain learning and help them after finishing adyayanam.

The full time office of the Trust works like a typical office with staff busy doing work methodically and meticulousy with utmost devotion to details.

I am sure this trust will grow like an endownment at Harvard or other Ivy League insttitution. We should all make this happen.

Obeisance to Him whose neck is blackened because of holding the Hālāhala poison.

Purport: Lord Śiva drank the poison to protect Devās and Asurās during the churning of the milky ocean when ambrosia was given to the devās by Lord Viṣṇu. (15)

சத்யோஜாதம், வாமதேவம், அகோரம், தத்புருஷம், ஈசானம் என்ற ஐந்து முகங்களைக் கொண்டு (படைத்தல், காத்தல், அழித்தல், உலகை மறைத்துக் கொள்ளுதல், அனுக்ரஹித்தல் என்ற ஐந்து தொழில்களைச் செய்து கொண்டு) எல்லா உயிரினங்களையும் காப்பவருக்கு நமஸ்காரம்.

Obeisance to Him who protects all beings with His five faces.
Purport: Lord Śiva has five faces – 1.Sadyojātam 2.Vāmadevam 3.Aghoram 4.Tatpuruṣam and 5.Īśānam.
1. With Sadyojātā face, Lord Śiva creates everything.
2. With Vāmadevā face, He heals and preserves all His creation.
3. With Aghorā face, He destroys all His creation and makes ground for regeneration.
4. With Tatpuruṣā face, He hides all the creation into brahman
5. With Īśānā face, He is Sadāśivā providing grace . This is the function of our Śrī Maha Svāmijī.

Obeisance to Him who is like the full moon giving happiness to those suffering from the 3 types of miseries.

Obeisance to Him who wears snakes as His ear-rings. (20)

காணப்படுவது, காண்பது - இரண்டும் இல்லாத (ப்ரஹ்மமாக) இருப்பவருக்கு நமஸ்காரம்.

Obeisance to Him who is beyond 1)what is seen and 2) the act of seeing.

Purport: Brahman is beyond what is seen and what sees. Our Śrī Maha Svāmijī is no different from Brahman.

Obeisance to Him who holds the autumn crescent shaped moon, which gives happiness to the mind, on His head.

sākinyambā svarūpiṇe namaḥ | mūlādhāraṁ pūjayāmi |

ஸாகிநீ ஸ்வரூபமானவருக்கு நமஸ்காரம். மூலாதார சக்ரத்தை பூஜிக்கிறேன்.

Obeisance to Him who is of the form of Sākinī. I worship Your Mūlādhārā cakrā.

|| dhūpaḥ ||

यद्भाति रोचते यच्च येनेदं ततमेव हि। 
सत्यं तच्चिन्मयं ब्रह्म स्वयमेवावभासते।

yadbhāti rocate yacca yenedaṁ tatameva hi | 
satyaṁ taccinmayaṁ brahma svayamevāvabhāsate |

எது விளங்குகிறதோ, எது விரும்பப்படுகிறதோ, எதனால் "இது அதுவே" என்று உண்மையாக அறியப்படும் ஞான ஸ்வரூபமான (ஸ்ரீ சந்திரசேகரராகிய தாங்கள்) ப்ரஹ்மமே. அது (ப்ரஹ்மம்) தானாகவே பிரகாசிக்கிறது.

That which exists, that which is liked, because of which the true perception of “This is that” occurs, that knowledge is brahman, which is You (Śrī Candraśekharā). That brahman shines by itself.

भगवते श्री कामकोटि चन्द्रशेखराय नमः। धूपं दर्शयामि॥
bhagavate śrī kāmakoṭi candraśekharāya namaḥ | dhūpaṁ darśayāmi ||
